Installing MySql

You can download the mysql version from here

MySql - mysql-essential-5.1.49 - http://www.filehippo.com/download_mysql/

and then follow these simple steps...

Step - 1: Download the apache setup from the site mentioned above..

Step – 2 : Run the installer ( double clicking the msi file u just downloaded) and click next

Step-3: the below screen shows the type of installation you want to use, for beginners (that’s me!) typical installation is fine which installs parts that are essential, for intermediate they can go for the complete installation, advance users can choose custom option and select the parts that they want to use..

Step-4: click next and proceed with install

Step-5: Once the installation is complete, you will get the mysql advertisement screen , you can go ignore it by clicking next until u get Finish.. Make sure you check the “configure the mysql server now” option.

Configuring MYSQL on Windows

Step-1: The below wizard will popup asking you to configure, click next and proceed..

Step -2: Select the standard configuration for your machine, since we are working with a system that has never been installed and doesn’t need to be used by others for now

Step-3: Clicking next in the above screen will bring the main options screen. Choose “install as windows service by default” because we are not goin to use command line commands as of now..

(P.S if u want mysql bin directory path automatically set to your system’s environment path u can check the second option)

Step-4: Click next in the above screen and the next screen is very important, you will need to create a password for your root user. The PASSWORD IS MUST AND PLEASE NOTE IT SOMEWHERE SO THAT U CAN USE MYSQL LATER.

(P.S. Enabling the anonymous account user is not recommended as stated)

Step 5 : Click next and click execute , sit back and relax until it completes..

Once Completed , you can click the finish button

Kudos pal! You have installed MySql successfully.

You can always go back and manually change these values in your configuration file if you change your mind later. Leave the default setting of "for All Users, on Port 80, as a Service" as it is. Click "Next" when you're done.

Step -10: Upon successful installation you can see the apache service manager in the tray.. u can start , stop and restart the service from here …

You can test the installation by just going to your browser and typing http://localhost/ to get the following page..

Congrats! that completes our installation of the apache, so far so good, now if u want you can take a break before we move on to configuring the apache for your folder, this is optional and you could simply put your file in the default apache directory called htdocs. But if you want apache to load your mainpage upon typing http://localhost then you need to point the documentRoot to your directory..

The sole meaning of the life lies in the madhwa maha manthra.
Hari is one of the names of sri maha vishnu. Hari is Supreme. he is Sarvothama(Master). Hari is OMNIPOTENT. Hari is OMNI-Present. Madhwa History:
When the evil pervasive influence of kali (i.e kali yugam) was corroding eternal vedic values, and deluding good souls into wrong paths, the Lord ordered vayu, his principal execution arm to take birth on Earth and show the correct path to good souls. Accordingly, vayu incarnated as Madhva, as foretold in the baLiThTha sUkta, and rejuventated sanAtana, vaidica, dharma.

Whenever vAyu incarnates, the rest of gods incarnate to serve him, and thus render their service to the Lord. This time too the same thing happened. The gods and heavenly saints incarnated as sanyAsis and haridAsas and propogated the concepts of shrimadAchArya.

It takes good deeds in hundreds of births to be born as a madhva. so as a madhva i am here with my first blog sharing the knowledge to everyone reading this
